Faculty of Medicine Universitas Gadjah Mada International Programme 2008

Since 2002, Faculty of Medicine launched its International Programme which has provided a valuable opportunity for Overseas and Indonesian students to study medicine with an international standard curriculum.This programme was established in response to the increase of global competition and international cooperation, as well as a recognition of the new climate demands on the professionals of today and tomorrow. Fulbright Student Grant for 2008-2009 Application

Fulbright provides full funding for a year abroad in over 100 countries for graduating seniors and graduate students who are U.S. citizens. Fulbright full grants generally provide round-trip transportation; language or orientation courses, where appropriate; tuition, in some cases; book and research allowances; a maintenance allowance for the academic year, based on living costs in the host country; and supplemental health and accident insurance.

Who can apply?
Applicants must
Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.
Have met the University’s academic and English requirements for the course to be considered for a scholarship (must hold a FULL OFFER by the application deadline).
Have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) for Postgraduate applications and minimum requirement of 90 (out of 100) for Undergraduate applications.
